Purpose: The Technical Analyst’s purpose is to help ONOW achieve the intended impact of tools and solutions through understanding user and business requirements, and responding to the performance of the platforms. The role will focus on understanding the needs and use cases of ONOW coaches using Salesforce and phone-based support tools, and coordinating with product owners and the developers to make necessary improvements.
Key Activities: The TA ensures ONOW’s Salesforce and phone-based support (PBS) tools are operating effectively and efficiently for coaches. The TA is at the intersection of business and technical, and is the point person representing user needs to all of the relevant functional teams. The TA is familiar with ONOW’s coaching processes, expectations and needs of coaches, and the Salesforce platform. The TA knows how to link user requirements or complaints with practical improvements to the tech platform. They will turn feedback into actionable improvements in a rapid-response manner.
USER REQUIREMENTS
Understand what each coaching support tool is intended to do
Understand business requirements and objectives of management
Convert coach feedback into actionable information for Salesforce developers and relevant product teams
Communicate requirements to relevant functional teams (Tech, Content, Data) and work with QA on acceptance testing to make sure solutions meet all of the needs
Be familiar with user journeys to ensure accurate solution development
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
Actively study the design and performance of the Salesforce and PBS platforms to identify gaps or areas of improvement, whether identified by coaches, or not yet discovered
Build action plans for addressing gaps to propose to product owners
Propose adjustments in user journeys and activities to improve outcomes
Consolidate feedback into regular reports to product owners and relevant management
Work with Salesforce Product Team to create training and release documentation for coaches / users of the platform

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Any bachelor’s degree
Previous work experience or self-study course in software or CRM tools
Previous experience in business analysis
Fluent in Burmese, Intermediate English for documentation and report writing needed
Skills Needed:
Good organization, strong analytical skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to document feedback, requirements and features in a clear and concise way for the benefit of other readers
Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
Flexible, persistent
Experience with Agile / Scrum is a plus
