  • Design and support of the SAP Business One solution
  • With oversight, collects, analyzes and documents requirements from process owners
  • Assisting with system integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
  • Work with business units to understand business processes and data flows to support.

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or diploma in management information systems, computer science or related fields

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and products
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening ability and patience
  • Results and deadline driven - must be willing to do whatever it takes to meet deadlines
