Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operating machines on personalized bank cards, embossed with name and the chip which has been loaded with own info, the magstripe etc
  • Action and Maintain all Cleaning Programmes (5S) & Maintenance programs
  • All first line maintenance done as prescribed by maintenance TPM daily, weekly sheets
  • Quality Control and Approvals processes
  • Audit trails completed & signed by the operators
  • All CPS orders scanned in and out once complete
  • Ensure visual display boards/work areas are always tidy and up to date
  • All prescribed quality checks completed prior to production. Indicated on the Control Work Ticket
  • Ensure visa, master card and ISO specification requirements met
  • Ensure no jobs are mixed, use individual trolleys as issued
  • Deploy Procedures – Secure and Departmental
