Manage project roadmap that documents key milestones, timeline, and areas of risk across a given portfolio.
Ensure delivery of key project artifacts and deliverables.
Organizes and manages regular project meetings, ensuring timely and accurate internal reporting.
Enable appropriate escalation of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of project.
Manages stakeholder communications, ensuring good internal and external communication.
Identifies and manages risks, issues and escalations.
Monitors and reports on assigned projects progress against plans from a schedule and cost perspective.
Develop senior management program dashboards that articulate project status and timeline.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Master/Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of information technology, business, banking and finance or other relevant academic backgrounds.
Familiar with standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
Experience in project management tools.
At Least 3+ years of experience of process improvement, business analysis, product management and/or project management experience.
Prefer previous FinTech experience, preferably with a Digital Banking Solution.
Self-starter with proven ability to manage delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives.
Be a good team player, self-motivated with positive thinking plus able to deliver multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PMP certification is an asset.
Computer literate and proficiency in English.
