  • Supporting dispute Resolution process
  • Setting up In-App Online Merchants / Service Providers
  • Testing, verifying test results and rollout the New Services at system
  • Implementing System Maintenance
  • Supporting EOD, Pre-settlement, Settlement processes daily
  • Retrieving reports and data
  • Verifying logs and troubleshooting to support customers
  • Collaborating with developers in setting up and troubleshooting at system.

Job Requirements

  • B.C.Sc/B.C.Tech/B.E (IT)/Any Bachelor Degree with Advanced Diploma in Computer Science
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in related job role
  • Experience in QA Testin regarding with mobile application (Android and IOS)
  • Good knowledge in database structure and query
  • Good skill in analysis and troubleshooting of technical issue
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work under flexible working hour.
