Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

 To provide network troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients.

 Prepare project documents, reporting including customer troubleshooting assistant.
 Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happen.
 Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.
 Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers.
 Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.

Job Requirements

 Diploma or Degree with relevant subjects it IT or equivalent.

 RHCSA, VCP (NV/DC), JNCIA (ENT/SEC), CCNA (R&S/Security) strongly preferred and
should have good understanding of Routing/ Switching protocols, network security and DC
infrastructure.
 Good to have working knowledge of Linux OS and Virtualization.

 Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic
environment.

 Must have strong troubleshooting skills.

 Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.

 Knowledge in DC network design, planning, optimization and solutions for IP network
equipment.

 Must have excellent communication, self-motivated, good learning and working attitude.

 Able to work with customers on resolution of technical issues under pressure.

 Able to communicate in English to various levels of client’s management personnel.
