Technical Support (NPT)
Min Education Level
The role is responsible for Overall Level 1 technical support of Contact center Tech requirement.
Execute level 1 support to Contact Center by providing technical solutions in a professional manner
Apply troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolve Technical problems in contact center such as PC / Network problem, upgrading and repairing of equipment as required
Support team members for application and service issues
Manage daily work schedule to ensure sufficient Technical support in contact center
Conduct training to internal stakeholders for maintenance of operation equipment
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in Network Operator / Service Desk / Contact Center Environment
Ability to handle complex enquiries and to meet everyday challenges
Present professional, efficient and friendly customer service to stakeholder
Positive attitude, effective communication and team player
Willing to work in shift (including weekend)
