An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The role is responsible for Overall Level 1 Technical support of Department IT requirements.

 

  • Highlight critical issues to reporting manager and other related team whenever necessary.
  • Check list for operation equipment and infra all went well.
  • Provide level 1 support to Team Members with application, service issues.
  • Solution administration, installation, troubleshooting PC / Network problem, upgrading and repairing equipment as required.
  • Manage daily work schedule to ensure sufficient call center coverage.
  • Train customers and colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance as required.
  • Work with Tech and PMO team and able to follow instruction.
  • Monitor office equipment’s and make sure it is properly used.
  • Check the inventory and request PC or office equipment when necessary.
  • Follow up any system and reporting issues to related team and get closure.
  • Collection of data and report preparation of Reports and Performance Dashboard.
  • Keep updated of any Technical announcements related to team and share the same for action whenever required.
  • Follow up for system user error, password reset or unlock and request of new user system accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in IT
  • Ability to command both spoken and written in Myanmar and English.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and contact center related applications.
  • Possess strong problem solving skills, leadership, professional maturity, communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving – the ability to handle complex enquiries and also the everyday challenges involved.
  • Able to work in Shift 24/7 Environment
  • -1 year working experience in NOC/ Service Desk /Call Center
