• To conduct Transport Network training courses according to the background experience and knowledge
• To develop and plan the implementation of technical training to support the business requirement.
• To support in of training planning for Transport network training by cooperation with other trainers
• To develope transport network training program
• To coordinate the activities for conducting Transport network training courses with outsource training trainer
• To actively participate in activities for strengthening technical training skills such as knowledge sharing among trainers, trainers capacity building programs
• To corporate for planning and setting up the training lab facilities

Job Requirements

> Degree in Telecommunication related filed
> 3 to 5 years of technical experience in Transport Network using the equipment of Huawei or ZTE or NEC or other.
> Strong background in Telecommunication Technology especially for Microwave/OTN,DWDM ,ROADM)
> Experience with datacom technologies such as MPLS and MetroEthernet
> Must be able to demonstration system configuration and administration skills for equipment that related to the training
> Must be enthusiasms in learning and contributing to other
> Must be able to prepare training document and presentation MS office platform
> Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
> Preferred Telecom and IT certification such as CCNA or CCNP
> Preferred fluent in English
> Preferred previous experience in Technical Training
> Preferred to work as trainer for at least two years
