Responsibilities• Operate the machine efficiently to achieve agreed production targets while giving the updates on the machine performance and tasks.• Support Technical Operators in attending to any machine breakdowns promptly.• Carrying out planned maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance.• Support the operatives to ensure proper machine settings across the factory to ensure good quality.• Carry out modifications to improve on performance following a decision to do so by the manager.• Ensure key sub-assembly spares are available when required and in good condition.• Carry out machine conversions when necessary.
• B.E (Mechanical) with minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing field. (Prefer Experience with Cigarette Manufacturing)• Good Communication of English and Computer literacy• Good Communication & Presentation skills
