Executing all the terminal day-to-day maintenance requirements and operational tasks. These include preventative maintenance, minor maintenance, troubleshooting, completing checklists, spare part control to ensure all plant & equipment is always operational.
- Execute the terminal preventative maintenance per Puma Energy standards, to keep facility/equipment in satisfactory condition through inspection and correction of early-stage deficiencies on the principle factors of process reliability, economics, and standards compliance.
- Conduct corrective maintenance such as basic repairs & maintenance to keep plant & equipment safe & operational. Conduct troubleshooting and repair, and/or recommend/action corrective measures.
- Material Control of spare parts, record of usage and storage.
- Perform equipment records: maintenance work performed, maintenance cost, inventory and files.
- Perform tasks such as facility/equipment inspections, testing, calibration, trouble shooting, and record.
- Execute and promote a safe work environment. Participate in all the trainings arranged by department and HSEC. Report all the incidents, near miss and accidents. Always avoid leaks/spills in the terminal. Always maintain the work area clean, neat and tidy. Treat safety as a top priority and meet all pertinent regulation, legal/environmental requirements. Maintain and comply all the IMS, SAPS system requirements in the day-to-day operations. Perform the routine/contingency drills. Comply with any other task entrusted by the management within the operations of the terminal.
- Monitor and audit - the work of contractors and third party truck drivers in the terminal, variable parameters at jetty as well as terminal. Report and record unsafe practices and conditions.
- Maintain good customer relationship for all operations activities.
- Maintain confidentiality in the company business and operational matters.
- In addition to the tasks outlined above, your supervisor may assign you other responsibilities.
