Telecom Procurement Manager at a Leading Telecommunication Company in Yangon
Lead the telecom procurement function to supply the products and service for operation
Up to 1,000,000 MMK plus bonus and allowances

The Role
Sourcing strategies with the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
Finalize details of orders and deliveries, tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
To manage the transactional requirements to procure goods and commercial negotiation to make sure with the price for Telecom network and O&M
Including risk management regarding supply contracts and agreement control and build a long-term planning with procurement area

Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experiences in procurement (power, tower, outside plant)
Bachelor’s degree or any related degree background
Basic knowledge of telecom network systems
Good communicate with English
Can use software, SAP experience preferred, RFP for new systems
