The incumbent will assist the general manager of the Territories on the implementation of the MESH Banking Project. PM will also coordinate with Red, Blue, Green MESH Teams to design, develop and implement MESH initiatives that align with the bank’s vision. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and coordinating a variety of change programs and work closely with the VCGMs. The incumbent is expected to stay updated and current on best banking practices, MESH discussions and guidelines for managing the change successfully. The role holder will provide support on all matters related to MESH Banking with different departments and are expected to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. PM may also be assigned to other projects related to Territory VCs.

• Assisting VCGM of Territories on MESH Banking Project by proactively tracking, monitoring and updating the project deliverables and maintaining project data repositories and updating project KPIs.
• Working and coordinating with MESH Teams, VC and VCTMs, under the guidance of VCGM, to implement and execute change agenda.
• Developing project schedules and milestones and monitoring them to ensure change progress, productivity, and adherence with MESH banking guidelines and practices.
• Staying updated on banking best practices, MESH discussions and guidelines.
• Communicating effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders.
• Managing and handling Sprints (Planning, Review, Daily Stand-ups, etc.)
• Facilitating project meetings and following up as necessary to achieve milestones and maintain the progress.
• Utilizes project management tools, track action items, highlights roadblocks and challenges to progress the project

• Up to 5 years working experience in Project Management.
• Experience in Financial Industry (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or closely related field (MBA Preferred)
• Project Management Studies / Certificate
• Fluent in English and Myanmar
