- Overall manage and lead the assign team to get better result, Proper planning to achieve team goal as well as organization goals and implementation together with Subordinates as well as management- To plan sales activities and PJP ahead for next three months- Check randomly for Display, coverage, achievement, distribution process and guide necessary action to subordinates & market concerns- Monitor the sales trends, display , distribution and coordinate with team members on lack of sales & discipline- To provide timely sales evaluation report to Channel Manager- To accomplish the assign task on their own creativity- To analyze market situation and give comments and suggestion- To effectively communicate and solve with internal and external customer- To help the subordinates to accomplish their tasks to complete the goal as well as personal requirements
- Graduate or any Saleas & Marketing /Management diploma related with business concern- English Literacy- Computer Skill ( Microsoft Office )- At least Three years experience in related field- Leadership skill- Communication skill- Negotiation skill- Problem Solving Skill- Human Resources Management
