  • Design, manage and implement acquisition marketing strategy to ensure that objectives are met to maximum efficiency.
  • Lead a team and daily monitoring of User Acquisition sales representatives. Analyse and optimize performance, constantly improve campaigns’ KPI.
  • Manage and optimize performance User Acquisition campaigns, take part in defining of the User Acquisition strategy, hitting all target KPIs.
  • Analyse and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Provide results and recommendations against new approaches
  • Develop recommendations to reach new customers
  • Work with development and product teams to ensure user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop new retention programs that will drive improvements in lifetime engagement
  • Contact Corporates, Enterprises and SME business for their employees onboardings.
  • Contact the associations for onboarding their members and Partners.
  • Organise the events for effective and quality user acquisition.
  • Translating the business plans into acquisition strategies, developing targets, identifying growth opportunities and recommending the appropriate initiatives to achieve those targets.
  • The role holder will adjust their strategies based on changes in the marketplace and will therefore play a vital role in driving the Digital Business capability to adapt to a changing marketplace influencing solution development and internal processes and capability to deliver.
  • Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Onepay E wallet to Users.
  • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
  • Good Inter personal skills and able to work effectively with multi-functional team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraint to meet deadlines and accurate.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Familiarity with the mobile e wallet ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 5+ years of Direct sales or Performance bases acquisition role experience.
  • Ability to work in a high intensity, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret sales data to inform sales strategies.
  • Good attitude, communication skill, active, creative, good personality, willingness to learn.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate sales team.
  • Out of the box thinker and a quick learner.
  • Confident, good expression, persuasive communication.
  • Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office.
