Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Agent / merchant requisition, registration, onboarding and training  

  • Engaging and building relationships with an Agent / merchant and ensuring availability of Citizens mobile money services  

  • Closely monitor and reinforce on Agent / merchant are wise transition, growth and action if there is any performance  

  • Drive overall mobile money availability and new acquisition for required areas and track marketing activities for all types of transaction  

  • Super-Agent daily operation workflow and liquidity management  

  • Make sure Super-agent is supplying E-money / Cash to the agent / merchant upon market demand in each area  

  • Working collaborates with super-agent management team, in order to build relationship among CSRs, SA and Agent / Merchant  

  • Review and monitor Super-Agent performance indicator, daily / weekly / monthly, to provide guidance to SA to achieve target  

  • Monitor CSR manpower under each Super-Agent based on its agent / merchant / transaction growth  

  • Provide daily briefing to CSRs in relation to their daily, weekly and monthly productivity and performance 

  • Review and monitor CSR’s target vs achievement and develop an improvement plan  

  • Provide coaching to CSRs, design route plans and monitor adherence  

  • Monitor the issue resolved for Agent / merchant and Super-Agent  

  • Plan and submit order of POSM based on market requirement  

  • Management trade marketing activities and make sure brand visibility in the market  

  • Responsible sourcing & deal successfully with potential clients for MSME payroll 

  • Ensure timely communication with, related to RSM for S&D team instructions  

  • Be accountable for certain works as assigned from RSM

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Marketing or related field preferable 

  • Proven experience in sales management. (Preferred to have mass market working experience retail working)

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Excellent communication skill. 

  • The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict. 

  • Sound organizational skills.
