An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Participate in the building of Capital John Deere, Myanmar demonstration field activities.
  2. Develop the plan with the assistance of Mechanization Manager to provide on field knowledges to customer of tractor and implement operation.
  3. Provide as per guidance of Mechanization Manager Operator and safety usages of the tractor and implement.
  4. Maintain proper operation tractor records - Time charts, servicing records.
  5. Grease, all necessary points on Tractor / Implements.
  6. Maintain servicing records on tractors according to maintenance program.
  7. Assist in other Duties provided by Capital required to support other business units in promoting customer satisfactions.

Job Requirements

  1. The candidate to be preferable the son/ daughter of a farmer.
  2. Age - 20 - 27 years - not more than 30 years
  3. Good capability to communicate in Myanmar Language with strong desire to transfer knowledge that will be learn at CAPITAL JOHN DEERE
  4. Eager to travel across Myanmar at short notice.
  5. Basic English Knowledge in reading and speaking
  6. Capability to work independently to operate tractor / implements at demonstrations/ field activities.
  7. Provide skills to land preparation procedures on cultivation tillage operation
  8. Soil structure understanding to match different tractor / implement field operation soil cultivation practices.
  9. Open to any graduates, preferably Agricultural Diploma.
