An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Support between MoneyGram (MG) Remittance and CBM Net Remittance and then all A bank branches for smooth and quick banking process
Instruct Non-officer (Swift Maker user) to crate requested Swift Message in SWIFT System
Check Swift drafts submitted by Maker against email request letter and related documents
Verify Swift Message (Checker Level)
Prepare Daily Inward and Outward (Trade and Non-trade) including Border Trade Payments reports and send them to IBD department
Prepare Daily fuel transaction reports and send it to CBM
Check and authorize daily settlement vouchers of MG Remittance (Workers Remittance) and CBM Net Remittance
Download Daily Activity and Settlement for Workers Remittance's transactions
Check e-mail from Money Transfer Agent(s) and take action based on their request and reply them accordingly
Check CBM Daily Reports related with Workers Remittance and CBM Net Remittance transactions
Solve problems between Money Transfer Agent(s) and all A bank's branches
Deals with customers who complain for MG Remittance Services and CBM Net Remittance service
Resolve customer's complaints regarding MG Remittances Services and CBM Net Remittance service
Communicate with related money transfer team for every issue and error around regarding MG Remittance's payments and CBM Net Remittance transaction
Support and give training to the branch Remittance Team and all delegate staffs for MG Remittance of A bank's branches
Delegate the duties to all MG Remittance members for daily operation activities
Monitor all MG Remittance members so that all members can do the best services
Manage management reports, monthly reports, daily reports
Monitor the reconciliation with correspondent banks for MG Remittance transactions
Check and monitor all junior staffs so that all members can do the best services
Preform as the backup for international remittance

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree Holder
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Good communication corporation, negotiation, problem solving and teamwork skills
Good time-management skills
Good command of English communication skills is required
