Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Facilitate fast and secure the outward funds for trade/non-trade and non-trade inwards under Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
  • Ensure each transaction complies with the anti-money laundering policy and not be sanctioned
  • Prepare and submit the CBM reports in a timely manner
  • Handle and receive the payment application and customer service
  • Sign-on vouchers, debit /credit advice and daily closing vouchers
  • Checking the customer supporting documents whether these documents satisfy  the purpose of remittance
  • Performing the authorizer level in Core System for Inward and Outward Remittance
  • Checking the Outward Swift draft against with related forms and documents
  • Verifying the authorized signature on TT application form to process the payment
  • Checking the daily, weekly, monthly FDI report before sending to the CBM
  • Checking and signing the endorsement of original documents that are required to proceed the outward TT payment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder o Minimum 4 years experience in a related field
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint))
  • Good Communication Corporation, negotiation problem solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good Command of English Communication skitt is required.
