Job Description

Summary  Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning and executing national-wide trade marketing activities and consumer engagement activities in line with the overall Marketing and Communication Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1.    Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plans, setting and tracking brand sales targets in line with sales and marketing objectives
2.    Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies
3.    Develop trade marketing strategy and budget in line with overall Branding and marketing strategy.
4.    Plan, develop and execute national-wide trade marketing and customer engagement activities including development of point-of-sale materials and promotions. 
5.    Work closely with the sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies and activities are aligned with overall sales and revenue targets.
6.    Work closely with regional marketing & sales teams to plan, develop targeted regional/local trade marketing and customer engagement campaigns to promote sales and drive customer uptake.
7.    Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and design product launch and promotion activities.
8.    Flawlessly execute all trade marketing and customer engagements activities.
9.    Preparing insightful Monthly Management Presentations to track & share success on Trade Marketing programs
10.    Conduct regular business analysis, market researches, and monitor marketing executions, and ROI

Job Requirements

Any graduate (or) MBA in Marketing  
Minimum (5)  year’s    experience  as Trade Marketing Manager
