Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Manage sales and spending for Modern Trade channel
Manage promoters with 4 supervisors
Manage visibility for all outlets
Lead promotion team and PG team leader development to attain defined business objectives through product categories focusing MM market.
Weekly & Monthly Meeting with PGs team.
To check promoters incentive calculation & KPI by monthly.
Prepare seasonal sales promotion, activation & product Sampling plan in MT.
Prepare POSM process
arrange for Seasonal gift set and hamper packaging plan and process together with purchasing team.
Coordinate with Pahtama Team.
Monitor, Review and Report on all MT Trade marketing activity and result
Must be able to lead Trade Marketing Team(MT Channel).

Job Requirements

Burmese national able to work full-time in Yangon.
Any graduate, must have 3 years experiences in related field.
At least 1 year of experience in FMCG industry or trading field.
Must be able to communicate in English
Decent level of competence with Microsoft Office (in particular, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills) is essential.
Able to travel
