Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Responsible for field force people development and sorting the gap/ requirement between the organization's requirements and field force. Find out training need analysis, develop courses/ modules (translating training materials is a must), implementation of good training methods. Maintain training database, evaluation database, and examination result database. Need to liaise with all related departments and must have good communication skills. Coordinate all training logistics, including but not limited to program enrolment, room scheduling, catering, setting up and breaking down audio/visual equipment, and creating program materials for training and development functions.

 

What you will do:

  • Evaluate and assess all trained employees in the field on regular basis.
  • Coordinate all training logistics, including but not limited to, program enrolment, room scheduling, creating, setting up, and breaking down audio/visual equipment and creating program materials for all trainers.
  • Responsible for classroom seating.May be multiple sessions in different locations per day.
  • Maintain the training registration system, enrolment information and expenses report, and all training materials and files in electronic and hard copy format.
  • Creat and maintain various reports and spreadsheets to track data. Maintain the Training Certificate Program records and answer questions regarding the curriculum. Oder and maintain training supplies.
  • Analyse certain reports and give feedback. Translate training materials if necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • University Degree preferably majoring in Business Administration
  • At least 1 year experience in designing, arranging, and conducting training in FMCG or Sales Fields.
  • Ability to communicate in English is necessary. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and E-mail, with the ability and willingness to learn other types of technology including all training systems and equipment.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates but must be good in English communication and proactive
