Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, field visit, PMS reports and research.
  • Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the microfinance and the individual.
  • Coordinates the development of the training calendar/plan and budgets
  • Designs training curriculum for all positions
  • Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the microfinance, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level considering the costs of planned departments and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important.
  • Developing effective induction programmes.
  • Conducting appraisals.
  • Devising individual learning plans.
  • Producing training materials for in-house courses.
  • Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization;
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through post training surveys such as questionnaires and discussions with managers.
  • Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
  • Conducting training to staff.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
  • Adapt and support to achieve BRAC mission in terms of the social performance management objectives as well as the financial performance through its high valued workforce

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Administration, or related fields is an advantage.
  • At least 4 years and above experience in training and development & delivery.
  • Must be experienced in developing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Able to deliver training using a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Must have interest in conducting soft skills subjects
  • Interpersonal Skill - able to facilitate different kinds of audience and good communication skill
  • Facilitation Skills with Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Power Points and related business and communication tools.
  • Excellent team player and self-driven.
  • Able to do training report on time
  • Proficient in English (Intermediate level)
  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Willing to travel to local regions and branches for various training
