An operations officer Reporting to Assistant Operations Manager, duties will include reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and developing new company policies. You may also be required to perform routine administrative tasks. To ensure success as an Operations Officer, you should demonstrate advanced operational competency, and excellent managerial skills. Operations Officers are comfortable in leadership positions and have extensive operations management experience.

  • Preparing on MO (Movement Order)
  • Preparing the student/staff welfare
  • Preparing meal for all trainings and trainers
  • Preparing letter for the transportation/ ferry for trainees and students
  • Preparing the training logistics (Booking of hotels, training room)
  • Arranging accommodating for trainee (Hotel/Hostel)
  • Travelling arrangements for training
  • Helping to set up the classroom and training venues
  • Keep record at Ledger Book for Training expenses
  • Preparing and adequation supply of stationery is available and re-ordering when necessary
  • Keep record of the number of Inward/Outward letters
  • Reporting the monthly diesel usage
  • Keep record for the monthly Meter Bill and B2B Fiber Internet
  • Checking of property, machinery and environment
  • Ushering the lecturers/guests
  • Preparing the opening/closing ceremonies, meetings, conferences and special events
  • Carrying out the duties under head of L&D’s supervision

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
  • At least 3 years of working experience with equivalent combination of experience in Human Resources Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
