Management duties

• Train Operations Coordinator to provide the different trainings.
• Oversee the training operations
• Plan the training schedule
• Review and reform the training courses as necessary

Responsible to conduct Operations Coordinator Duties

• Responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of company’s workforce.
• Support to Protective Services through site inspections, site surveys, training, etc.
• Review training methods and tools

Responsible to mobilize new sites (from recruiting to roll-out) in remote area, on occasions

English high degree proficiency

Bachelor degree is mandatory, 

Computer skills (pack office)

Myanmar Fluent

English variable per site

Able to speak public

Physically fit

Produce and understand training materials

Willing to travel in Myanmar

Leadership as ability to be proactive
