Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

This position will responsible for the creation and maintenance of scalable structures for on-boarding, training, and promoting the growth of all employees across the business’s departments. He/she is in charge of the management, improvement, and extension of current training programs for employees across all departments in the business. Additionally, contributes to the culture of the training department and overall business through the fostering of communication and cooperation between departments by ensuring that training is always completed where necessary and that the training programs are always up to date.

  • Lead, manage, facilitate all corporate L&D activities.  Collaborate with HR Business Unit and Line Managers across the business to ensure there is a consistent effortless learning experience for employees.
  • Work closely with Line Manager and HRBU to provide effective training and development solutions.
  • Facilitate and curate the overall learning experience/programs based on learner’s needs, values and behaviours for all employees.
  • Recommend changes to training standards/procedures by leveraging new technologies.
  • To ensure that the cost of running managing learning solutions is effectively managed – to balance cost with quality.
  • Implementing for conceptualizing, designing and implementing learning & development programs for robust business growth and the alignment of the strategies with company goals
  • Implement robust processes in terms of training delivery, training systems & processes and content creation
  • To monitor and suggest the best methodology for learning interventions across the Bank
  • To manage the assessment tools for employees’ needs for training
  • To ensure the program are align with the organization’s goals
  • Develop and implement effective training programs
  • To improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization.
  • Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
  • Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
  • Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
  • Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
  • Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
  • Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
  • Prepares and implements training budget.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Department Head
  • Evaluate training effectiveness. (ROI).

Job Requirements

  • Masters’ Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Bilingual in Myanmar and Fluent English.
  • Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of the curriculum building in learning environment
  • Basic technical knowledge required for the in-class and e-learning.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in the learning and organization development
  • Banking experience will be added value.
  • Strong leadership and able to give the guideline and coach the team. Great communication and strong passion in training people.
  • Comfortable to work in dynamic environment
  • Excellent computer skills and IT knowledge in the latest programs for presentation and knowledge transferring.
