This position may work under Customer Care Department of Mytel.
Responsibilities in-

- Plan and implement the plan of training for Agent (call center)

- Training for new Agent (call center)

- Training for weak knowledge Agent

- Building and design the training materials

- Handle monthly writing test and daily test and report after training

- Update information on hot news

Job Requirements

- Any Graduated from university.
- Have experience of traning on Customer Care Agents.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word , Power point
- Strong command of English (verbal and written)
- At least 2 year experience in related position
- Presentation skill
- Proactive ,corporate , positive, flexible in work
