- Plan and implement the plan of training for Agent (call center)
- Training for new Agent (call center)
- Training for weak knowledge Agent
- Building and design the training materials
- Handle monthly writing test and daily test and report after training
- Update information on hot news

Job Requirements
- Any Graduated from university.- Have experience of traning on Customer Care Agents.- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word , Power point- Strong command of English (verbal and written)- At least 2 year experience in related position- Presentation skill- Proactive ,corporate , positive, flexible in work
