JOB DESCRIPTION

A training officer will run a day-to-day operation of YPDC department by monitoring and supporting the LMS system, creating training and enforce 70-20-10 learning culture. Acting as a consultant on Learning and Development requirements of branch network.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Define scope of the training components for all critical trainings as assigned.
  • Review and update training content prepared by External training provider for branches
  • Prepare Test questions and conduct exam for branch employee trainings as necessary.
  • Analyze and review and branch operational process and implement on the job training guidelines for branch use.
  • Maintaining Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Training Reports
  • Test and utilizing new training technologies for learning experience enhancement, such as Microsoft Teams and EdApp.
  • Raise Budget request and claims in the KIU System.
  • consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets
  • plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program and collect training feedback.
  • keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses
  • Occasionally travel to different locations and deliver in person trainings for branches employees

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Services and administrational

Desirable

  • Experiences working in Brach Operations or previous experiences as Teller, Cash, Sales or Customer in a Bank Branch

Knowledge & Skills

Essential

  • Knowledge of Learning and Development, teaching or Education
  • Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of training Delivery Methods
  • High ethical standards and integrity in both their personal and professional dealings

Education & Special Training

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Microsoft Office package usage

Languages

  • Excellent written, verbal numerical and communication skills in Burmese and English will be added value.
