Reporting to VCGM & Community Manager, the role holder is responsible for training and enhancing competencies of Official Account Partners. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful. As a training specialist, you will search for gaps in training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and implementation. Researching new training supplies and materials that can enhance a firm’s training procedures while providing value to partners. This role is also responsible for identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate the training.

  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods
  • Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention
  • Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internal and partners to develop and deliver training
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in Training & Development, Customer Service
  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Ability to moderate large groups
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
