Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

This role is mainly responsible for monitoring and preparing the KBZPay transaction statements within the SLA by ensuring 100% accuracy and and maintaining daily reports for the Legal team.

  • Monitor & handle daily transaction which are received from Legal team by meeting SLA
  • Prepare transaction statements in accordance with the service parameters, policies and standard operations procedures (SOP) by ensuring zero error and in a timely manner
  • Identify to be complete documents about collateral as per rules and regulations and procedure of the Bank.
  • Need to liaise with Legal team for updated guidelines and internal teams as well if required
  • Inform immediately the appropriate supervisor of any irregular issues or transactions
  • Escalate to management for any challenges which will have impact to daily operations
  • Accountable for the maintenance and updation of all transactional records
  • Know the task scope and meet KPIs by ensuring quality compliance
  • Flexible to work in shift assignments if required.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image

  • Any Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good presentation skills and people skills; team player
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic English Skill
  • Demonstrates high energy, professionalism and maturityBeing able to adapt to new situations and environments is important
  • Prefer with at least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience working in banking / financial services would be an added advantage
