Job Description

Communicate and negotiate with the customer and developer.
Preparing contract and strong negotiation with buyer and contractor or owner.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions for customer satisfactory or inform Finance Manager and Sales directors.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Work and strong communicate with the customers, sales team, and accountants
Preparing and collecting home loan documentation according from bank request.
Collection for Booking fees and follow up commission collection.
Key in booking data entry in CRM software.
Updating daily transaction team excel report.

Job Requirements

Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or other relevant disciplines.
1 to 3 years preparing contract experience.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Critical thinking, and excellent analytical Reporting skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, computer excel skill
Good listening and communication skill
