Transition Manager is key writer of Go-To SOP including Ops Risks and has to understand well the Current Process and carefully documenting a world-class Go-To Process.
• Lead and drive projects along with developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with relevant stakeholders across the organization
• Design Target operating Model, SOP, conduct risk assessments for migration of respective processes / services from various locations across the organization to shared services or Central Ops.
• Must have strong stakeholder management skills i.e., ability to liase and coordinate with senior management i.e. Legal, Finance, Compliance, Admin, CEO’s / COO’s etc.
• Update and document all changes as per Organization procedure and change control framework. Conduct periodic reviews of relevant changes with change management board for approval (where applicable)
• Ensure management of SLA (Service Level Agreements) for respective services across regions
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
• Schedule steering committee meetings as agreed in Governance model with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future references
• Contribute in creating COE (Centre of excellence), standardization, streamlining, creating to be state roadmap
