- To prepare the Transmission Training Plan ( Fiber & Microwave Transmission) as per requirement of line departments
- To deliver the Trasmission Training in both Physical Class & Online class (Virtual & Self-paced) based on the training plan
- To develop the related training materials in line with Line Departments requirements
- To prepare and maintain the training lab facilities as per  training requirements
- To manage training evaluation, training program result & training feedback  to management after training completion
- To responsible for transmission lab equipment ordering and technical validation and evaluation of quotations.
- To demonstrate of System Configuration/Integration ( Link Configuration,Link Expansion, Bandwidth Expansion, etc....) and administration skills for equipment that

related to the training  with IP,DWDM, OTN, SDH,ROADM
- Strong technical background with experience in telecommunication network  fiber , microwave  and IP networks
- Strong technical know-how on handling of operation and administration of transmission equipment that related with IP,DWDM, OTN, SDH,ROADM    
- Capability to handle multiple work assignments under high pressure
- Willing to learn new technology trends

- Understanding in business/financial concept

- General Technical knowledge on telecommunication related technology
- Strong skill on technical problem solving
- Good in communication skill especially in presentation skill
- Basic understanding on Project Management
- Work effectively in multi-cultural environment"

- Bachelor of Engineering degree (Master's degree in engineering is usually preferred)
- Prefer the professional with Technical Certification (Cisco, Huawei, ZTE ,...)
- Prefer the professional who have at least  5 years experience in transmission network of Telecom Industry 
- Prefer the professional with experience as trainer or teaching 

- Good in English Language skill
