Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Transport Transactions, the role holder is responsible for planning our high-level strategic vision for the operation of the E-commerce platform shopping experience into a digital-centric product roadmap and leading its execution. As the Manager, you’ll develop the key functional strategy, lead the day-to-day management of those features/functions/experiences, initiate and prioritize projects and create the go-to-market plans. You will have ultimate accountability for the success of our ecommerce channel set up and seamless digital payment experience, with accountability for creating an easy, instant and crystal clear experience that improves platform shopping experience and the nationwide transport network coverage. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team of operation, business partners, and external partners in an agile environment to set up operation network services for our mobile channels.

  • Owns, develops and executes strategy, operational vision and roadmap for transport transaction and external partner relationship. Ensure an easy, instant and crystal clear customer experience that delivers against goals.
  • Defines end-to-end experiences, business requirements, builds and manages roadmaps and prioritizes the work with proactive vision and executes a strategic roadmap to drive the result.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators to optimize performance of the customer delivery experience.
  • Keeps seeking for relevant emerging technologies/AI, fintech innovations and digital banking trends to inform product direction and strategy.
  • Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying consumer shopping and delivery products, both current and emerging.
  • Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams.
  • Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well thought-out, simple solutions
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, operations, marketing and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of the experiences
  • Passionate, a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment with result oriented mind-set

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years related experience required
  • Demonstrated experience and success in Digital Shopping Product and operation in e-commerce environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior managers
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships
  • Proven ability to negotiate and apply skills to exercise influence over others decisions without express authority and influence change
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and building project plans and presentations
  • Deep understanding of product pricing, product profitability and financial statements
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
