Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Checking the Daily lists of the Central Bank of Myanmar, Net Open Position, Non-Trade Inward / Outward lists;
  • Authorizing Nostro Charges Vouchers, IGC (USD) Voucher, and Treasure Transactions on (T-24) Core Banking System;
  • Checking the Weekly lists of the Central Bank of Myanmar, Money Market Placing and lists of Interbank Buying and Selling;
  • Checking the Monthly lists of the Central Bank of Myanmar, lists of NOP, FE Balance and BPM and Interbank list, Bank Reconciliation;
  • Checking the FX buying / selling (USD) lists and IGC (USD), list of MMK which are lists of the Bank;
  • Sending lists of Interbank (MMK) by software to CBM;
  • Sending the Account Department after checking IGC (MMK) Payment.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Studies, Business Management
  • Relevant Postgraduate qualification, Master Degree or with related background would be preferable
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with a minimum of 3 years specific to Treasury Back Office
  • Effective understanding of treasury operations
  • Sound understanding of the CBM rules and regulations
  • Good understanding of Government related acts
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to generate new ideas and creative solutions
  • Spoken & written English Language
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong strategy execution skills
  • Solid implementation and coordination capabilities
  • Research skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
