Job Purpose

Be responsible for project managing multi-functional UAT projects for Mobile Financial Services & Digital Marketplace and delivering them in line with major release plans. You will develop deep subject matter expertise of E2E customer journeys, business processes, and impacted systems, and have the ability to innovate creative solutions. You will dynamically develop and drive comprehensive cross-functional UAT strategies. You collaborate with multiple UAT partner teams to connect the dots and stitch across them to drive success. You develop and sustain strong and trusted relationships with all cross-functional partners. You will manage, plan, and organize activities and tasks throughout UAT planning and execution. You lead, take forward thinking action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity. You will keep the extended team informed, and ensure accountability to the resolution of key issues. You lead test resources required for successful execution of projects and provide input to and craft the UAT management processes in-line with industry best practices.  

Job Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for UAT, Review test cases and test results produced by testers  

• Review and approve all testing documentation. 

• Perform User Acceptance Testing in accordance with approved test plans and research unexpected results. 

• Create test data required to perform UAT. 

• Execute UAT Scripts. 

• Execute UAT batch jobs. 

• Perform Application Interface/Integration testing. 

• Perform functionality, usability, design and basic security testing on citizen portal. 

• Perform web and mobile application testing on mobile devices (multiple browsers and devices, plus Cross browser) 

• Create, update and Execute UAT SQL queries (reporting UAT). 

• Update Requirements Traceability Matrix  

• Create, update and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile apps. Maintain UAT Regression script libraries. 

• Document all test results in the appropriate format  

• Log all defects discovered during UAT 

• Provide recurring status updates on the status of UAT efforts for all releases in progress. 

• Participate in deployments to perform User Acceptance Testing (May require after hours work). 

• Participate in all scheduled and ad hoc meetings as required. 

• Interpret state and federal policies as it relates to testing activates. 

• Deliver and maintain a mutually agreed upon UAT project plan (resources, training schedule, documentation review, eligibility training). 

• Resolve conflicts and issues 

• Ability to triage with other teams (business, SIT, and development) to resolve issues. 

• Minimum University Degree or equivalent in related area together with minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management in complex environment as senior lead. 

• 5+ years UAT Project Management experience in Financial Services and Banking industries. 

• High technical ability, capable of quickly understanding complex integrated systems. 

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
