  • Evaluate/Improve UI/UX design of MPT mobile application
  • Manage vender who develop MPT mobile application
  • Create process of UI/UX implementation
  • Create guideline for UI/UX design on Mobile application
  • Make a project plan and closely follow up progress and upcoming activities
  • Manage and maintain the relationship with all stakeholders 

> Execution

  • Drive scope MPT4U and MPT Pay application UI design
  • Manage UI/UX improvement project not only development but also process establishing

> Communications

  • Convey information to all key stakeholders related to MPT4U and MPT Pay application in both written and verbal formats
  • Determine and utilizes the appropriate communication channels

>Team Management

  • Motivate and inspire the team
  • Manage and resolve conflict
  • Builds relationships within and outside the team

  • Mobile Application development skill
  • Web Design
  • UI design
  • UX Research
  • Design of Tone & Manner 
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Marketing or IT related experience (not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Experience of 3-5 years web and mobile application UI design experience 
  • Project Management experience
  • Marketing or IT related experience (not mandatory)
  • Experience of managing few subordinates
