The UI/UX Design Specialist will be responsible for creating user-centered UI/UX designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback  and design principles of organization.

• Play an important role in shaping our in-house Communication Platform As a Service (CPAAS) tools and products which are used by hundreds of partners that reach millions of their end users.

• Hands-on product design in all stages: from sketching concepts to narrowing down the solution in hi-fi interactive prototypes.

• Closely collaborate with product manager on daily basis and other stakeholders on weekly basis for creating delightful user experience in all stages of user journey.

• Participate in and help organize discovery sessions, internal brainstorms, and design thinking workshops both with the internal Product team & Creative Marketing department to understand user “pain points, backgrounds and motivations.

• Create Mock Up User flows, wireframes, and user journeys that reflect mental models of our partners and end users.

• Contribute to our Design Language initiative by pushing visual excellence further in line with current UI design trends and promoting best practices by using our current design standards. 

• Work closely with our platform vendor by providing detailed UI/UX guidelines as they build our future product solutions.

• Present and defend Key designs milestone deliverables when working with platform development vendors.

• Run extensive trials of A/B testing on selected User stories and identify better design approaches.

• Able to work with Agile development Method and take the lead on the user stories’ definition.

• Control the iterative process of UX design: User Research>Design>Build

• Minimum Bachelors’ degree

• At least 3+ years of experience in designing digital products (not just websites)

• 1 – 2 years in a Digital Marketing Agency or Software development house.

• Experience in UI development of mobile responsive HTML5 & CSS website and Games is a Plus

• Proficiency in using Figma/Sketch or other prototyping tools (but willing to switch figma)

• Understand fundamentals of UI design principles such as colour theory, font weight, typography and interface elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components.

• Comfortable with non-linear design thinking principle.

• Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 

• Passionate about design, products and people 

• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
