  • Responsible for understanding the full end-to-end service and how it operate. Working from a user perspective, you put them first and propose services to meet their need.
  • Effectively map and visualize the current and future customer journeys and services to create and define the pain points and the shared understanding between different stakeholders.
  • Analyze and incorporate the qualitative and quantitative data into your research to highlight the key problem areas and opportunities.
  • Identify areas of focus in the customer journey for exploration, prototyping and iteration.
  • Deep interest and understanding of digital consumer behaviors/needs and emerging technologies to create an exceptional experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines with at least 3  years of hands-on- design service experience preferably in consumer-centric organization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A solid grasp of planning and conducting user research, design thinking, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
