• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process• Adhere to consistent design language and standards on fonts, colors & styles• Develop intuitive UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionalities• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems• Iterate web/app design functionalities to ensure a great and intuitive user experience• Understand business and marketing directives and brief and transform them into creative design• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative graphic artwork for marketing and communication-related items in the presentation, web and mobile app

Job Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Business IT, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Digital Design or related fields• 2+ year of UI and UX design experience, with understanding of UX tactics, including creating user personas, converting user feedback into workable responsive designs.• Good knowledge skill in mastery creative Suite (photoshop and illustrator)
• Good knowledge skill in Front end technology (Android/iOS SDK,HTML 5, CSS and Java script• Willing to learn new technologies, skills and knowledge• Willing to work smart, work hard and overtime to complete assignments when needed.• Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet targets
