Design UI/UX across Digital Banking Products (internet banking and mobile banking) of Shwe Bank to align with digital strategy.
Research and analyze customer needs, current trend and future trend to develop customer journey and prioritize areas of UI/UX improvement.
Active collaboration with digital product managers to create best UI/UX.
Define design standards across all digital products and channels.
Participate in usability testing of design concepts.
Analyze customer feedback, activity, and iterating to enhance the best customer experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of information technology, business or related fields.
3+ years of experience as a digital web/mobile UI/UX expert or similar role.
Strong conceptualization, and excellent wire-framing ability.
A track record passion for leveraging user centered design approach into solutions.
Understanding of mobile-first designs and responsive design.
Desired digital banking or similar industry experience.
Ability to prototype in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript are a plus.
Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
Be a good team player, self-motivated with positive thinking plus able to deliver multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and proficiency in English.
