Overview:

  • Strong C/C++ skills with a focus on embedded systems
  • Linux shell commands, scripts and makefiles
  • Hands-on experience in Linux Internals, Linux Device Driver development, Linux OS Concepts, Board Bring up, POSIX library
  • Strong experience using Git and GitHub Actions

Job Requirements

  • Ability to develop and debug high-quality multi-threaded, concurrent, and safe code in C/C++
  • Low-level OS knowledge of Linux operating system internals, components, APIs, and design.
  • Understanding of the Linux VFS model, the basics of local and remote filesystem implementations, and the corresponding interfaces at the kernel module level
  • Experience with kernel-level debugging processes and tools, across multiple distros and kernel versions.
  • Experienced in embedded Linux kernel development
  • Experience porting/maintaining Linux distribution for a platform
