Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Moderating product/seller/image reviews
• Moderating external reviews (as helpful content for SKUs esp. cross border)
• Questions and Answers moderation
• Managing product / seller communication violations (with PSC team)
• Working with CS to manage all system related complaints
• Update the customer education content (review rejection content, educational pages, Customer university)
• Weekly reporting
• Collaboration with CRM team for standardizing/updating PN/transactional emails content
• Assisting on-site team in reviewing performance of education pages, initiating projects like Review & win, Start
Reviewer
• timely reporting to central team on the progress of the project on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

Job Requirements

  • Graduated 
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Basic Computer Knowledge ( Microsoft Excel, Word )
  • Proficient in English and Burmese
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
