Job Description

To support technically Operation and Maintenance of Day to Day CLP (Customer Loyality Program) activities
To handle the complaints related with CLP systems and help the partners in order to solve easily customer complaints
To cooperate with VAS vendors, related counterpart departments and third party partners for the daily tasks and projects
To manage effectively the new projects as per timeline
To handle the operations to fulfill the VAS systems include CLP performance and services
Have ability to handle properly some internal projects and trying to improve project management skills for complex projects as well

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (OR) B.E.
Knowledge in Development and Maintenance of Software Application
Have sufficient technical knowledge( eg. Database, APIs, Software tools) and other functional skills ( eg. language, quick learning , problem solving, ..) to handle day to day activities and projects
Planning and Project management Skill

>> Have ability of schedule planning and effective management for the assigned projects
