The candidate will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

• Possess adequate banking knowledge and procedures.
• Monitor cash inventory and cash movements reports (MMK & FCY) across the branch network, cash centres and Hubs
• To assist Head of Cash Operation in cross communication with Main Currency Centres, Hubs and other VCs and FNs as well as CBM
• To Monitor the cash movement and arrival status of CC and Hubs with GPS and report to the Head of Cash Operation.
• To effectively monitor and assist the operation of the Currency Centre and Hubs Nationwide
• To assist Head of Cash Operation in executing cash movement in timely manner
• To work closely with Strategic Planning and Network Logistics teams to efficiently manage branches’ cash-in-hand volume
• Provide inspired leadership for the currency centres and hubs.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategic directions for the cash operation team.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote positive work culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing of cash operation team.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support operation team communication with the management team.

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in operation management roles.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
