To manage expats car, Hiace  and MPT-JO ferry management to know users' difficulties right away and to solve users' complaints effectively and to get more users' satisfaction.        
To manage Ride and Go and Admin Pool Car services management to fulfil more smooth transportation, to get more users' satisfaction and to handle users' complaints effectively.    
To manage Payment management and Budget management to finish timely at payment process and to reduce and control budget.    
To manage expats car, Hiace and ferry rental to coordinate rental process and negotiate with rental companies.    
To manage fuel pruchse and storage management to allocate respective cars as per government rules and to keep backup in case.    
To manage vehicle maintenance to supervise and report regular maintenance and irregular maintenance case not only Head Office but also States and Regions.
To manage fuel payment process, vehicle maintenance process and general process of States and Regions to control from Head Office.    
To manage ferry route plan and GPS tracking system to suggest and control fuel.    
To manage vehicle insurance and vendor contract process to guide and suggest.    
To serve and manage government process to guide, suggest, collaborate and report in time.
Understanding how to solve users'complaints and to get more users' satisfaction.    
Understanding how to get users' satisfaction and to become more smooth transportation.    
Good at reviewing  and checking Form(A) and SAP payment process to get correct and finish timely and coordination with Finance if necessary and controlling and reporting to reduce budget without using over budget.      
Good at negotiation with rental companies and coordination procurement process.    
Good at monthly fuel purchasing and storage management.    
Understanding should maintain and shouldn't maintain and good at reviwing and checking to get correct data for reporting.    
Good at coordination with  States and Regions to control from Head Office.    
Good at suggestion and guidline for ferry route plan and GPS tracking system     
Understanding vehicle insurance and vendor contract process.
Good at guidline, suggestion, collaboration and reporting  while serving and management government process( eg, finding and checking fixed assests of vehicle inventory list, create fuel centralization purchasing new plan, vehicles on ground checking,etc,..)
