Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of finance executives to monitor and track the performance of all the Products in Corporate Banking & Wealth Banking department.
• Lead a team of finance executives in monthly KPI reporting to management, monthly tracking of RM’s performance. 
• Foster a climate of excellent internal customer service, and excellent inter and intra department cooperation.
• Lead the achievement of customer service standards mutually agreed annually with the Bank and ensure these standards are understood and delivered across all staff functions.
• Fully responsible for accurate MIS reporting at Wealth Banking to management.
• Close follow up and investigative efforts on delinquent loans and NPLs with AQM.
• Work with Asset Recovery units on reporting to management on loan recovery and charge off loans.
• Ensure a strong risk, compliance and governance framework is embedded in the Business Controller’s department to maintain the safety and soundness of the branches’ operation.
• As part of the senior management team, participate in preparing the strategic, tactical, and financial plans of Corporate Banking & Wealth Banking.
• Provide day to day leadership and management that mirror the adopted mission and core values of the Bank.
• Training, coaching and mentoring of the finance staff.
• Develop the requisite SOP for Business Controller functions.     

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder and International graduate is preferable)
• Have at least 5 years of working experience in a financial background.
• Excellent presentation skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills
• A creative thinker, outgoing and analytic mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and have a solid mindset to meet timeline.
• Computer literate and proficiency in English.
• Myanmar Nationality Only.
