Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Train and lead supervisor for Call Center and CCTV team
- Set up the Call Center and surveillance team yearly business plan and strategies of the performance
- Oversee the operation of the Call Center and surveillance team
- Establish procedures and be responsible for managing information and customer calls, coordinating technical support, and conducting staff orientation and training.
- Ensure appropriate information is provided to callers and follow-up is conducted as required
- Ensure pertinent information on operation is updated and disseminated to Call Center staff
- Review the reports of Call Center activity to determine staffing requirements, assess training needs, identify technical problems with equipment, and to make appropriate adjustments in the daily operation
- Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.) 
- Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
- Create inclusive workforce
- Evaluate current project and maintaining and re-location the project to meet with target
- Counseling and team building for inclusive workplace
- Function as an agent as needed

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in related with Social & Development or others equivalent field
- At least 5 years proven working experience with diverts environment in Call Center or similar field
- Knowing about disabilities studies and inclusive workplace development
- Good analytical skills, High level of accuracy and attention to detail, Strong organizational skills, leadership skill, problem solving skill, negotiation skills, communication skill.
- Good command of verbal and written English language, corporate fluency in the Burmese language
