Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for overall credit processing from underwriting to perfection of conditions for disbursement.
  • Ensure credit processing period is within SLA and meeting optimal asset quality.
  • Assure all analysis and underwriting complies with credit policies, underwriting standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate and review information and data accuracy in credit underwriting before submission to Head of Department for recommendation.
  • Develop strong communications with both internal and external stakeholders i.e Corporate/Trade/MFI RMs, Credit Risk, Compliance, Audit, AQM, Customers, External Audit and Regulators.
  • Understand all banking products and customer segments, mainly well-versed with different types of lending products.
  • Lead a team for operational efficiency in credit processing.
  • Provide training to team member for credit analysis, process and required areas as arise.
  • Assist Head of Department in credit process enhancement, managing timeline and loan portfolio.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for monthly management meetings and ad-hoc reports requested by management.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in credit, corporate department, underwriting and credit analysis, strong knowledge in Financial Analysis, Business and Economic Sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English for communication: reading, writing, speaking and listening.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Proactive, Independent and positive attitude.
