Summary of the Role
The role of Vice President ~ Assistant Vice President in the Product Innovation & Development Team is accountable for planning, creating and implementing the overall strategic business and product development strategy of various services provided by the Bank. The responsibilities include: lead PID team with clear objective, ideating innovative products and strategies, achieving desired growth (Revenue and Market Share) targets, developing effective Product Campaigns, keep on track Product Life Cycle and incorporating cross-sell strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities 
- Execute innovative strategies and enhance existing products
- Develop effective product pipeline 
- Deliver products within determined timelines and budget constraints
- Facilitate discussions with external and internal stakeholders
- Develop the requisite product collaterals, Standard Operating Procedures, and Policy 
- Conduct Market Analysis and Customer Analysis
- Developing strategic, tactical and operation plans of assigned Department’s Products Scope
- Ensure to mitigate risk, to align with compliance and governance framework 
- Lead, direct and manage team to ensure the success of product
- Manage day-to-day product development related-tasks

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Business and Product Development Role 
- Good command of verbal and written English language, corporate fluency in the Burmese language, and effective interpersonal and communication skills 
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire peers 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management skills 
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
